All media is delivered within 24 hours of the shoot conclusion, fully edited, quality-checked, and ready to go live. Premium Photography clients receive priority delivery, typically same business day. You'll get a delivery email with a shareable download link the moment your assets are ready.
Which areas of London do you cover?
We cover all 32 London boroughs from Zone 1 to Zone 6 with no travel surcharges for most of Greater London. Whether you're based in Mayfair, Stratford, Richmond, or Wapping, we're already operating in your area. If you're outside Greater London, get in touch and we'll confirm availability.
What's included in each package?
Standard Photography includes a professional photo set of the property with consistent editing and colour grading. Premium Photography adds wide-angle lens work, twilight-style processing, and higher resolution exports for premium listings. How does billing and invoicing work?
We operate a clean monthly invoicing system. All your shoots throughout the month are consolidated into a single VAT invoice, sent to your accounts team at the end of each month. There's no per-shoot paperwork, nothing to chase, and no admin overhead, just one clear statement every month.
Do I need an account to book?
No account, no login, no phone call required. You book directly through our website in under 60 seconds, enter your property address, choose your services, pick a date and time, and you're done. We'll send a confirmation to you immediately.
Do you offer block booking discounts?
Yes. Our dynamic pricing system automatically applies volume-based discounts the more you book. If you're a high-volume agency looking for a regular arrangement or a fixed monthly rate, contact us directly and we'll put together a tailored package. We work with several London agencies on dedicated retainer arrangements.
Can I reschedule or cancel a booking?
Yes, your booking confirmation email includes a direct reschedule link so you can propose a new time without needing to call us. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice incur no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours of the shoot may be subject to a late cancellation fee. Please see our Terms & Conditions for full details.
Do you shoot on weekends?
Yes. We offer dedicated Saturday and Sunday time slots. Weekend bookings carry a small premium, Saturdays attract a modest surcharge and Sundays a slightly higher one, to reflect demand and weekend processing. You'll see the exact price in your booking quote before you confirm.
What is Turn Key Interactive?
Turn Key Interactive is our AI-powered virtual tour product. Using CubiCasa technology, we generate an interactive virtual walkthrough by linking your listing photos directly to a 2D floorplan, no 360° camera equipment needed. The result is a fully navigable room-by-room online tour delivered as a shareable link, ready to embed in Rightmove, Zoopla, or your own website. Add-on from £30 when booked with any photography package.
How does the EPC assessment work?
Our EPC assessors are fully qualified and accredited. We carry out the Energy Performance Certificate assessment at the same time as the photography shoot, so there's no need to coordinate a separate visit. The certificate is issued directly to you, typically within 48 hours of assessment. EPC assessments are available as an add-on from £100 with any booking.
Are your prices inclusive of VAT?
All advertised prices are exclusive of VAT. VAT at the standard rate will be added to your invoice. If you have a VAT registration number you'd like applied to your invoice, you can add it in the booking notes or get in touch after your first booking and we'll update your details.
Do I need to be at the property during the shoot?
No, you don't need to be present. Our photographers are experienced at working independently. You can arrange key collection or lockbox access and leave the rest to us. Just add any access instructions in the booking notes field and we'll take it from there.
How do I receive my photos and media?
All your media is delivered by email via a secure, shareable download link within 24 hours of the shoot. Photos are provided in high-resolution format suitable for Rightmove, Zoopla, and print. Floorplans are supplied as both PNG and PDF. Invoices are sent monthly, consolidating all shoots in one clean statement.
What if I'm not happy with the results?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn't right, whether it's an editing issue, a missed room, or a technical problem, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll resolve it at no charge. We've been doing this for over eight years and stand behind every shoot we deliver.
What equipment and technology do you use?
Our photography workflow is built around a purpose-designed, technology-first process rather than heavy camera equipment. Every image goes through AI-optimised processing, including automatic exposure correction, lens distortion correction, colour calibration, and sky enhancement, so the results are consistent across every shoot and every property type. This approach is precisely why our turnaround is fast, our pricing is competitive, and our quality doesn't vary.
